Cell C modems / Reselling

Hi All

the company I work for us asked me to do some research and to find out how do we go about stocking the cell c whoosh product. the 3g modems. they want to resell it basically and obviously have to have someone at cell c to speak to but have no idea who to speak to at cell c. if you could kindly give me some sort of direction it would be wonderful wzrok...
