Cell C 'My Tools' Reset

I have migrated my prepaid number to a new top-up contract this week. Now all the personalised settings on 'my tools' and the 'my tools' app does not work anymore. Is there any way that I can unsubcribe from the service and start from scratch again? I don't see anything on the Cell C website that can help me.
 
Cell C rep? Any advice?
PM the Cell_C rep, he's not normally active on weekends.

This is really strange though. I migrated from pre-paid to a top-up contract and MyTools just carried on working like before, keeping all my rules.

Thanks. They activated my contract with a new number initially, and then changed it to the number I wanted to migrate. That's probably the reason. All it shows on the activity list is incoming sms's, nothing else.

Call Service desk 140 and ask them to deactivate your my tools. It will be send to the relevant department within 24 hours
