Cell C MyTools website blocking access

Is it just me or is there a general problem with Cell C's MyTools site?

After two days of trying and being locked out after every three attempts I have now given up trying to do my first log-in on the Cell C MyTools site, using my exact cellphone number, and the password which Cell C automatically sent me by both SMS and to my email address. Each time it simply announces that either the number or the password are invalid, and then it locks up after the third attempt. I have checked and rechecked both the number and the password, which are both correct and in the required format (i.e. the full cellphone number without any hyphens or spaces, and the correct uppercase or lowercase in the supplied password.)

Any ideas?

Sort of same problem here. Simply runs and runs and then provides error. Been like this for more than 2 weeks.

Weird, been working fine for me since they finished what ever they were doing on the main website about a week ago.

I'm having the same issue,I tried resetting my password also but it refuses to even accept the new password sms'd to me.....I'll pm my number to you now Cell C rep.
 
Ok wait cancel that request,I've managed to log in after several attempts at resetting my password.

Very buggy log in on my tools though I have to say,but excellent tool.

Also having same issue. Trying to register so I can start using My Tools but the page don't even load. Been trying since last night. I can't even register using the app on my phone!

Ok my problem was when you reset your password you cannot use one that you have used in the past even if it was one from way back...needs new password always.
 
For the past week I haven't even been getting a log in screen.
 
Yeah MyTools seems to be down again. Even when it's back "up" I can't register as the site keeps on telling me my info is incorrect!
This is really starting to tick me off.
