Cell C network problems and growth update

Please, by when will these difficult to meet objectives be met? It seems as if there is no project management, as if they just stumble along haphazardly and nobody knows the answers so they just pointedly ignore complaints.

I'm using cell c prepaid. When I need to make a call, I need to leave the building and walk 50m away from the building. With Vodacom I can make and receive calls at my desk.

In CellC's defence - this is the exactly opposite in my office. I need to leave my desk to make Vodacom calls but can happily do CellC at my desk.

RPM, please go look at the 30+ page thread in the Cell C of this forum and see the long standing and still standing issues the guys are having.

AKC is talking ****.

Uh oh,time to unsubscribe from that 30+ page thread cause I see another 30+ page thread coming with this story.:D

Hehe so funny that he just mentioned March.
I have about 5 issues logged with them since November where Randburg and Bryanston report full signal but its to slow to browse on.

I would really like to know how much is related to equipment, location, frequency and configuration. Hauwei is the cheaper kit, but I don't know if these means the quality is slightly less or if it just comes down to proper network management. I would be knida cool if Cell C adopted an open approach to how they run things so we could understand what they are trying to achieve and possibly make some suggestions so they can better align with customer needs.

I am willing to stick with them as they get over the crowing pains due to the crap VC and MTN have put me through vs the wonderful Lars approach, but if if becomes another BS situation then I will get rather annoyed.

MyBB please come to this party and give us some decent feedback.

Please don't make us believe you are Cell C tenderpreneurs
