Cell C Network Stuffed!

Can't SMS and people complaining they can't phone me. WAP also playing up.

This has been happening on and off since last week. Seriously frustrated.

....and no it's not just me. I have friends also on Cell C experiencing the exact same thing.

WTF!?!?!
 
I have a problem with MTN, its completely down, I get no service on my phone as well as my data bundle, even the mtn.co.za website is not working
 
I find that at night for the last few weeks, my SMSes don't come through. They only come through when someone calls me, when I send an sms or when I restart my phone.
 
dam ok that is weird. um well I see the MTN.co.za link is broken indeed. can't test MTN as my sim card is at home only put it in at night cos during day I use vodacom
 
Mtn is down... not Cell C. Are you trying to sms/call a mtn number?
 
Vodacom also not great, smss not comming through immediately(VC to VC).
 
You must remember that the problem can be with your phone, if you need to switch you phone on/off to get messages, missed calls then try to get a software upgrade, or test our sim in another phone to make sure.

My sister has the same issue and she has a different phone to mine. This issue only started a few weeks ago.
 
No. I can't even SMS myself and that normally works. Can't dial out at the moment either. Restarted my phone many times.

The network was fine yesterday, but today it's screwed just like it was last week Friday.
