I have never in my life experienced such bad service. i have been phoning every day and even put complaints on hellopeter and tell Trevor yet no response,
Hellopeter first complaint.
Why is it that with all the money spent on your “New Image” the service is worse than ever.
My phone was stolen on the 9th may 2011; I received confirmation on the 11th may that C-Cover form was received by your department after having to make endless phone calls to your call centre.
Now after phoning Daily and being told someone will contact me before the end of the day, your call centre agents sending mails requesting the person dealing with the claim to contact me, Still I’m waiting. I don’t see why people need to Scream and shout in order to be lucky enough to receive below adequate service.
No feedback besides an automated resopnce, follow up to same complaint :

Thu 19 May 11 Utterly disgusted: Still i have not had a call back from Cell C telling me what is happening, still im having to phone over and over again, yet getting no answer.Im now sitting with 4 sets of reference numbers but no results, this is totaly unacceptable service.
Second Hellopeter Complaint.
This is my second complaint on this matter regarding the same issue; I have had no feedback, not even a call back with regarding this matter. My phone was stolen on the 9th may, 11th may I’m told my incident form has been received and is been dealt with. Since then I have phoned in daily in order to find out what is happening and still no awnser.im promised a call back every day and surprise I get no call. 13 days, plenty calls and 6 Reference numbers later for escalated calls as well as a report on Telltrevor and not one person can give me a call to tell me what is going on. This is beyond bad service, I don’t expect a reply to this as all my other attempts have been futile.
