Cell C - No stock

Well my wife has her Cell C line up for renewal now (she has a couple of lines with Cell C ) so we spent yesterday afternoon driving from Cell C store to Cell C store , the whole afternoon wasted after going to 3 different stores , Gateway , Pavilion and Amanzimtoti and all 3 stores had no stock of both the P8 plus router deal or the P8 lite plus Tablet deal .

Both these specials are prominently advertised in the store booklet as well as on posters in front of the stores . Why advertise something when you have no stock ? Really poor . You should be able to walk in , complete the upgrade and walk out with your device . Surely this is how it should happen ? Surely expecting the stores to keep stock of promotional advertised items should be the norm ?

because he still calls it "lines" when there are no "lines" at all? Could have used the internet too to order off their site and have it delivered.

bet he also draws his entire salary in cash to pay for things.

Because you're not the only one and they ran out of the stock they had because others were there before you? Stock levels are determined by past demand. Not all stores are as busy as the others and receive less or more stock depending on what they can sell vs a bigger store.

But it seems like the world revolves around you. So... HOW DARE THEY NOT HAVE STOCK WHEN THE SPECIAL CLEARLY STATES "WHILE STOCKS LAST". THEY KNEW YOUR CELL C LINE WAS UP FOR RENEWAL!!!!! SHEESH!!!!
