Bought 200G from Cell C on 10/10/2016, for home use on prepaid.
End Dec we had around 170G left and by end Jan it was 3G.
We don't work from home and I am sure nothing is updating/using the data in the background.
I called Cell C, 3 days ago to log the incident to hear that there are more irregular patterns on my account like on the 10/10/2016, after the store loaded the 200GB, 3 deductions were made of 199GB each, one after the other, while we were still in the store.
I have yet to hear back from Cell C - I think I should kiss my 200GB and R1600 goodbye.
Is my experience usual for Cell C and should I move to another service provider - and if so, which one?
