Hi All

As I used to be in the cellular game I understand the CIB revenue generated from a SFID ( Network ID ) how ever I would like to understand how the Cell C shop model works from a customers point of view?

Should I go to a nice shop in a good area and take out a contract thereby adding myself to their SFID in the hope that if I need assistance they will assist me, or can I go to any Cell C shop ( even a small one in a lower LSM area ) as I can still select which store I go to with issues?

Is the willingness to help anyway impacted on who owns the SIM?

Hi Dr Who, It shouldn't matter which store you go to. All stores are required to uphold a certain level of service as per Cell C customer service policy. You will be assisted and you query will be handled accordingly, irrespective of where your SFID was registered. *DM*
