Anyone know what is happening in Alrode South / Alberton area? \

For the past week, signal is terrible. Even switching my phone manually to Vodacom does not really help. The really odd thing is that some clients have told me, when they eventually get through to me, is that when they try call. There is just dead silence, no ringing, no voice mail. Nothing.

My cell number is the only incoming number for my business. So this is a huge problem.

Anybody?

I have lost my phone and managed to get a new one. The problem is a sim swop and the BS I am getting just to get this done. I have a new cell c sim but the idiots at Pep stores have ricaed it even though I explained to them I need a sim swop. The Victoria Mall Pietermaritzburg cell c shop say no can do must not be ricaed. Customer service says must not be ricaed. And MTM says must be ricaed. WTF is going on.

A written message got an incident number and three days later despite three of four queries there has been no response. There i no way of contacting the back room written requests go to.... so says customer service so it is impossible to determine what is going on.

I do have the problem, my number is ricaed in my deceased wifes name but that should be easy to sort out with a copy of the death certificate. The new cell c sim I have is rica in my name.

I need some advice here. I have sent documentation to customer services incident number 171010-000683 but what is cell c's problem that it insists on a non rica sim card yet MTM does not.

Trying to get the circle size to decrease ;-)

The card number is 8927076991441532741 is there light at the end of this tunnel?
