Good day I am new here i would like to know my son lost his phone on Thursday last week we tried to do a sim swap for him but the number is registered on somebodys ID that we don't know. we already got a new sim card from cell c, anybody that can help me please as he needs his phone especially now that teachers use the whatsapp groups for communication
