#Cell c sucks

I recently lost my sim card not my cell phone so I try and do a sim swap over the phone and the agent tells me she's unable to help me because the sim card I bought is already registered okay fine I then ask where I can get an unregistered sim card and she directs me to a cell c store cool when I get to the store I'm assisted by a very grump young lady she then checks and sees that okay the sim card I lost is actually mine cause its registered in my name we then move on to answering the security questions after passing all the questions and only failing one she then stops and says we are unable to proceed with the sim swap I then ask why she says its caus i failed to answer all the questions she then says I should try doing it over the phone again I asked her what difference would it make she then answers and says maybe the agent will be lenient with me okay so now im thinking okay so this is no longer about passing the security questions this is about agents being lenient and in the mood to assist us i then ask her are the security questions not made to make sure that the number is indeed yours and registered in your name so what part of this shows that the number might not be mine she looked at me uniterested and just said i should try again over the phone okay cool i then ask her for an unregisterd sim card she gives it to me and i feel it was her job to explain that the unregisterd sim first needs to be ricard before it works of which i couldve done that while i was in store so now im sitting with a sim that doesnt have service meaning i have to go back while also knowing that a sim swap is not guaranteed not because of the questions but because shes not in the mood to be lenient with me cell c sucks nyan shame the questions are ridiculous the store assistants don't do their job correctly and the data prices are ridiculous so yeah cell c sucks .
