Cell-C voicemail notifications by email severely delayed

Does anyone receive voicemail notifications from Cell-C by email? Have they been delayed lately for you, or is it just me?

Someone left a voicemail message for me on Friday at 12:08, the notification email was only delivered at 03:12 on Monday morning. I still haven't received the notification by SMS.

This morning I got the following SMS:

Dear Cell C Customer, did we do a great job resolving you query? If so, please reply 1. If you were merely satisfied, reply 2. If you were not satisfied at all, reply 3. Cell C

Can you tell me how the query was resolved?

I can't remember. I've had it since January 2014 after Cell-C closed down MyTools.

It's pretty cool, you get your voicemail as an email attachment.

Nope. Cell C rep hasn't responded.

Someone left voicemail at 14:47, email was delivered at 21:51.
