Which side of Broadacres are you on?

I'm in Cedar Lakes facing the Broadacres tower, and I'm seeing (on ave) 50ms, 4 - 10Mbps d/l, 2Mbps u/l. This can vary according to time of day (17h00 - 19h00 gets a bit slower).
