hey, cell_c please try help me out.

I went to a cell c store today to get the rbm 200 contract. The store still has stock of the motorola mb525 and i desperately want that deal.

However, now they tell me that as i took out a new contract last month, for my wife, under my name i cannot get a new contract til 3 months time??!!

Is there anything you can do to help me? I think its ridiculous. I really want that phone on rbm, otherwise i will have to get that phone via another service provider. Please help me out. Thanks

I think this is standard policy. Two years ago when I got my first MTN contract I wanted to get a 2nd line for my wife a month later. They told me I had to wait 3 months. (What was strange though is that they told me I should have applied for both lines originally at the same time and it would most likely have been granted...) It was definitely not a case of not qualifying in terms of my income.

yeah, im not going to wait 3 months though. Il just go to vodacom or mtn. I hope cell_c can perhaps help me out though.
