Every month I get R150 airtime. But these days, when I buy once off data bundles, it get bills to my monthly account rather than my R150 airtime. Is there a way to change this?

Also, how can I cancel a recurring bundle?

Read their terms and conditions carefully .. Yes, a reaccuring Bundle can be cancelled unless when you signed up for your contract you stated you wanted a bundle

Hi elL0L

Thank you for posting to us.

Kindly PM your Cell C number as we would need to verify which package you are on. You are probably on the Epic 150, of which the airtime cannot be converted.

We will also assist with deactivating the data bundle.

Thanks, I went to the shop to deactivate the recurring bundle.

Very sneaky from CellC to disable the user to use the allocated airtime for data bundles, forcing me to use that at the overpriced R0.99/mb.

How the deal is advertised (Use R150 airtime for calls, sms, data), is clearly misleading. It was never communicated to me by the salesperson how it works.

Last contract for me at CellC.
