CellC Changing Bank Details for Debit Order

Hi,

I've read some horror stories on HelloPeter on changing banking details with CellC.

I need to do this as I am moving away from my Current bank soon.

What is the best way to do this?

Doing it via 084140 seems silly - as I prefer to do these kind of things in writing. And its not possible to do it on the website :-(

Can anyone let me know how best to do it?

I recently changed mine via 140 without issue. You should be able to verify your banking details via MyAccount.

You can also ask your Bank to perform the debit order change (not always as smooth going) which you'll need to verify, with CellC any way

Thanks - I did this... and just checked the site, and bank details are loaded. And it wasn't painful at all
