CellC changing their OOB rates?

Come to think about it, I'm sure when I took out my contract in 2012, it was 300 min 300meg, and out of that 300meg it's 15c a meg,

Not sure but my contract has always been once the 300mb iphone bundle is finished I get charged 99c per mb and I learned the hard way when I got a shocker of a extra R350 just for data usage after a unexpected update.

I will use prepaid data only. Contract data will be avoided as far as possible...

Is Vodascum and accused still R2 a Meg OOB? I don't know what sounds worse off: R2 a Meg or R2000 a Gig.

The main reason I moved to Cell C two years ago was to get away from something like this! But I can't leave just yet cuz there are no better options...

How about the Redbull 200Mb for 12 months for R49 once off deal, you guys can get some data for cheap still.

Not practical for people with contract packages or variable data usage. Swapping SIM required, not everybody has dual SIM phone.

If you are on prepaid, buy the 3GB/365days voucher at a Cell C store for R299.

You won't have to worry about the OOB shark for awhile.

Works out cheaper that method! OOBShark is never seen on Telkom Mobile or Afrihost
