CellC charging me for data bundles that I did not request.

I upgraded to the Galaxy S6, which came with 12GB of data for 4 months - separated into 3GB bundles. I'm on the SmartChat 1GB deal.

This month I get billed R403.51 for 3GB of data which I never requested as an add on!! Phoning the call centre is just a joke.

Is there anyone here that can help me sort this out, as I did not ask for an additional 3GB of data to be bundled to my account after the 12GB free data deal was over.
