My CellC 24 month data contract ended March 2020. Prior to this I emailed them in Feb 2020 to request contract renewal options. To date I never received any feedback and then noticed that in May 2020 my monthly payment went from R150 to R300. I've complained about this and again have not received any satisfactory answer.
I don't think there is anything they could do which will correct his matter. All I get is an email from their Retentions department asking how they can assist, even when I've referred then to previous correspondence.
So just a warning to CellC subscribers to check renewal options and insist on written confirmation of new costs when contracts expires.
Would like to hear if there are any other similar experiences and if anyone was able to recoup costs.
