I saw the special at GAME for R150 (R175 airtime + 50sms + BB 9300 curve). But it excludes BIS.
I would to know if its possible to use that R175 airtime (which I will get every month as part if the package) to purchase BIS or must I load cash to buy the BIS on a month-to-month basis?

Yes that is possible, out of that R175 airtime you can convert it to BIS.
