CellC down in Cape Town?

I can't connect to the net at all for at least the last 30 minutes. Tested both my CellC 2GB prepaid sim and Virgin Mobile contract sim. Cape Town, Woodstock area.

Anyone else having trouble using data?

It's been incredibly slow in Gardens today.
now I can't access google, bing or dogpile.
