I have been having a problem with CellC the past few months.

It started end of 2013, my phone is on but the network drops.

On my screen it shows I am connected (Sometimes vodacom tower), but when people call it goes to voicemail.

When I try to phone out the line just goes silent.

Only after restarting the phone do I get a signal back.

I have bought multiple phones all seem to have this problem...

Other people have this problem? I am losing a lot of business because of this, not sure if I should stay with CellC.

Get a prepaid sim for the other networks and try them out, see which one is best and move. If you are losing business I would advise moving. Network loyalty or paying rent = rent wins :) (To me atleast)

Hi Flowerhat

Which area are you in? Let me know if the issue is isolated to a specific area. PM me your contact details. We'll escalate to our technicians.

They do fix your issue when you do report it... So as they[Cell C] have stated here in the comments please do give them the info so that u can have a nice "high class connection" like I do. :-). They've fixed 2 of my issues both less than 24hrs each. Report your issue.

Have the same since 2010/2011.
When a cellc agent phoned me this week, to ask me what I want to upgrade to, I laughed. Cos come July 1st I'm off to a better connection. 5 years! Enough is enough.
