Cellc lack of response

Am currently sitting in quarantine in London and forgot to activate roaming on my wife’s Cellc phone before we left SA. Have tried to call all numbers on the website and sent emails with no response. It is vitally urgent that I get this done as everything revolves around receiving OTP’s via sms ..... any help would be greatly appreciated

Add her Cell C number, and an international number we can call to reach her for assistance.
