I month ago i bought my self a cellc simcard and i was interested on their new offering, Home Connecta package and i only managed to use it for one month only and the of September the package doesn't work and am having 63 Gigs remaining and the network is stacked on 3G, even if i search for 4G Network, i can not find it anymore.

Cellc must fix this issue, i have even done a sim swap and still it's not working.

Strange scenario ... because the Home Connecta package shouldn't even be "seeing" the 3G network, as there's no fallback to it per Cell C's T's & C's.

Yesterday I went to the Cellc Facebook page and the comments there affirms my concerns and cellc is failing to resolve this problem.

Am this appointed because i even spent money to do a sim swap on Friday, being advised my sim was damaged but not the same problem persists and what now because the sim is new?

Does it work? For me it shows there is no network and it fails to even search for the network

Only things I can think of being the problem then, are either a fault with your modem / router, or suddenly coverage from the tower you connecting to is having issues.

Do you have a spare 4G phone you can put the SIM into, and when you travel to a different area, test to see if you can connect & use the data ? ... at least you'll know if it works, it's not the SIM itself, but either your router or the coverage in your area.

I have tried everything, i have bought a new phone that supports LTE network and i stay in Midrand central where LTE is supported and i work where LTE is supported.

I bought two different cellc simcards and both of them have the same issues.

I even have 3 routers, one Hauwei B315, Mobicel V6 and ZTE all of the mentioned device previously both sims was working but now it doesn't work.
