CELLC - Mobile technicians ???

Does CELLC have support personnel going around configuring coverage issues for users at home ?

I have emailed CELLC over an issue with the network coverage and a guy wants to come over and assist:erm:


Has anybody had CELLC support staff come out to site ? home/work ?
