CellC related

I see there's a new option on my cell phone menu - CellC related stuff.

Opening it, I can go to C-Info, C-Fun and C-Flirt.

However, none of these work.

Which makes myself all as I want to know what you must do to enable it. Or does it cost extra?

TL, i've been on Cell C for 2 years and have always had this menu options
