Cellc towers down

im in the heart if midrand. No cellc reception. Phone is roaming on vodacom network but cannot make calls. Anyone else having voice issues. Forget internet connection. Now cant do voice.......

Hi yes, still no cell c this morning. Roaming intermittently on Vodacom.

Tried the call centre on the fault I logged. No progress. Out since Friday.

I spoke to someone in technical support in cape town. Finally got a reference number but said it will take 7 days. Can you help escalate. I will pm you ref number.

I have 3 cell c sims and they all do that it diff phones. So as I explained to the technical guy, it is unlikely to be my phone as he wanted imei nos, make of phones etc......

If I drive to woodmead, cell c signal is fine.....

Had lots of roaming periods over the long weekend at various locations in joburg. This morning in Halfway House midrand people struggle to get hold of me despite the phone showing signal(not roaming), they go straight to voicemail. A colleague is also having a problem in midrand however his is roaming.
