CellC upgrade issue?

I'm having an issue with CellC where an upgrade was processed on my out of contract number.
Instead of processing the upgrade the person processed it as a new line but gave me absolutely no indication of this.
I only noticed that I now have 2 debit orders going off so I went to a CellC shop to find out what is going on.
That is when they informed me of the 2nd line but said they can't do anything to help me, I need to phone customer service.
I phoned customer service this morning but they were also unable to assist me in getting rid of the new line.
The level of service from CellC has become shockingly terrible.
Can anyone recommend a contact that would be able to actually assist me in sorting out this kind of issue?
 
So I've been contacted by CellC as a result of this thread.
They have proposed an acceptable solution of converting my current line to prepaid and then migrating my number to the new contract.
There was again another issue with the price, saying the new contract will be R199 instead of R99 but after checking the recordings they conceded that it should actually be R99.
I'm expecting the process to conclude within the next day or so... (hopefully)

The person that phoned me to sort out my issues was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful ... unlike the 3 or 4 previous people I tried to deal with.
Once you get to the right person, service is good. Getting to that point can be a bit of a nightmare though.

Thank you for your quick response to get the ball rolling yesterday.
I'm very happy with the service I've received since.

The process has concluded. I'm on a single line with my old number at the expected price.
First line support leaves much to be desired but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the right person at the end of the day.

A special thank you to the Cell C Representative here for a quick and painless resolution to my problem (that the store and customer care was completely unable to address)!
