CellC White River no Downlink on modem

A friend has a weird problemd. His phone connects to the CellC network on 3G and he can browse the web just finr. Putting the sim in an E1820 modem the connection is established (signal so-so) but there is no download.

We also tried MDMA, same problem.

Any assistance will be appreciated!

One possibility is wrong assigned DNS servers. Check it using command line "ipconfig /all". post it here. Read also here:http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/310911

Yes. Default gateway is wrong. Action depends on your operating system. Search Google for "default gateway 0.0.0.0", see how many hits!
