7. It's sufficient for my needs, so Yes. However it was better up till Dec/Jan. Currently varies between 1-3Mbps on JHB speedtest. Upload is still sporadic.

First four months (after some initial hiccups) I would have given it a solid and very impressed 8, the last two months this has gone down significantly even though my modem reception appears to have improved (from -85dBm to -71dBm).. I think CellCs network is now overstretched..

I must add, i am from JHB and it works really well at where i work, at home, its almost useless, they have not completed their rollout yet - despite promises it would be done by end of Jan.
