I may be wrong but...
European studies have shown that interconnection fees being based on actual costs is the way to go and these studies have been released for a couple of years now. So its not too farfetched to conclude that govt knew about this. Why then nothing in the meantime? Could it be becoz vodacom was partly owned by telkom not so long ago? Anyone want a tinfoil hat?
