Cellphone fraud heading my way?????

Just received this SMS on my CellC phone sim;

Dear Customer, essential maintenance work may impact network coverage in your area from approx 23h00 on 20 Jul for +/- 1hr. We appreciate your patience.

This 1 hour story looks familiar. I don't see anything regarding downtime on the forum, so i think sum1 wants to get hold of the money in my bank acc.
