Cellular makers betting on Android

It's great to see this! I hate WM, my WM experience has been crap so far. Although I haven't worked on the Android OS, I really think its a winner!

Maybe do a spellcheck on that article?

On topic: I havent had a chance to have a go at an android phone yet, but I dont see the fuss really? :P

I got my Tytn2 to run Android...and not even perfectly, and I have been using Android for 4 months now....If you want to make me go insane, give me WM again....I spit at it! So yes, there is a reason to fuss about Android!

I love the fact that I have a little app that as I get sms's, it backs it up to my gmail account. So if I lose my phone ever, none of my messages would be gone. Sometimes my phone peeps a few seconds before Google talk even notifies me of new incoming mail, so another cool feature. And the fact that the moment you log in to your gmail account it copies all your contacts to your phone is pretty cool. I tried it the other day, and instantly went to my phone that was not even connected to my pc in any way: the moment you add a contact on gmail, it's available on your phone. And all this on a phone that does not natively run Android...Android is just awesome!

The Bravo or the next Samsung phone might be winners...or even the REAL Google-phone...My next phone will most definitely be an Android. iPhone might be a consideration, but I wonder...My friend and I regularly chat via googletalk, him in the UK, on a iPhone...me on my Android phone. He keeps on disconnecting the whole time....where as I am connected almost all of the time, half the time unknowingly.
