TOTAL CRAP.

The only way she could've seen that was if she were right next to him/her with a clear view on the "form" he was busy with.
 
Seriously, I bet the people who are against the census would be the first to complain if government takes a decision that is not based on statistical evidence. South Africa is currently data empty, we need to plan our infrastructure, why are people so paranoid. Our census worker didn't even bother to go into the house, the dogs was outside and we sat on the grass in front of the yard. It took like 10min to fill everything in.

I don't care if people participate or not. No it is not a conspiracy like some would believe. But do what you want, I don't care. Answer or don't. I am still waiting.

Seems a healthy attitude. The ANC scumbags are sure to have another agenda with the census data. Even if you don’t know what it is, a spoke in their wheel is a good general principle. They have delivered nothing so far, so I don’t think the ‘census’ that you are being nagged to participate in, will change things.

Please people, you won't lost anything by filling in a census. It's there for statistical purposes to help run the country better.

Don't say the government won't put it to good use. At least if they have accurate data, there is more of a chance. If you refuse to cooperate then you're being the spanner in the works, not the government. Also, the data could be useful for future governments as well.

If you're saying they're going to just fake the data, they can fake the data without bugging you.

The only compulsory field is the amount of people in the household, not the other 74 questions asking random crap. rofl @ 10k fine, but murders/rapists get off on R500 bail? Only in SA.
