Recently moved to the Rooihuiskraal North area and was having difficulty with Telkom for a simple line installation. Their sales department called me tonight and said the reason this has been happening is because there is no copper connections in our are only Fibre.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct or just a ploy to keep me happy??
