Centurion power outtage

Just heard that the City of Tshwane's offices in Centurion's power has gone down. All the servers have shut down which means they cannot do any transactions at the moment.

Something serious must have happened seeing as their grid gets priority above the rest.

Are any of you guys also affected by this?

Is that the municpality? They have like a semi-permanent sign at the counters saying in the lines of "we can't do any online transactions, our systems are always down" . So i did not get the impression their systems are functioning even WITH power...
