Or rather, stop loading. There are a handful of sites like RLSLOG and Guardian website which will just randomly stop loading. It doesn't even try and load the page, it just will suddenly get an automatic error from Chrome - "google chrome is having trouble accessing the network". Trying the site in IE and Firefox has the same effect. Once it starts these same sites all stop working while most of my other frequently visited sites continue to work perfectly.
Checking the site on my phone via wifi works and once I reboot my PC the sites are once again loading fine.
I'm using windows firewall for the first time and wonder if that might be playing up?
