Guys & Girls I need some help plix.

I have 3 laptops on my domain at work. All three have the same software setups except one of them is Windows 11.
The two windows 10 ones can fully use the SARS website without issues, but the Win 11 cannot. There are certain documents that just refuse to open.

They all use the same log in for the Sars site, they all have the same 3 browsers, edge, chrome and firefox. - Doesn't matter which I try on the Win 11 it won't work.

They all have the same browser settings.

Of course I've done the usual clearing chache's and crud like that.

I guess the question is, is there something specific that needs to be done with Windows 11 to get this stupid SARS site to work?

Are you getting an actual error? Or does it just sit there and not open stuff?

Just not opening stuff.
Clicking a link to open a pdf does nothing.

Go to another pc, log in to the same profile, same link and it opens.

I love these 'it does not work' tickets. What does not work? The site? Liks? PDF? Where? SARS? Efiling? Ah, cool, there is your issue most probably.

Efiling and PDF is fragile. Reinstall like adobe, make sure your default PDF settings etc is correct to open in adobe, or chrome, or whatever else you have .,, play around with them. Try another browser even , edge if you have to

I had the same problem on e-filing a few years ago. My workaround was to save the file on my laptop. Once saved it would open without problems directly on the laptop.

No sorry, I do not.

Okay cool, just wanted to confirm it wasn't a requirement I'd overlooked.

Yeah I've almost always had that issue on my personal laptop and would right click and save the documents.
Sadly this case even that doesn't work, is just saves it as an html link.

Looks like a windows profile issue.
Logging on with another user user and it worked fine on the same laptop.

haven't had a windows profile issue in a very long time.

check if XPS document writer is installed , also remove the SARS easyfile Forms Viewer and re install to new version
