Suppose you financed your car through MFC and after some months you are not happy with their "services".
Be it charges, interest rates, and that.

Can you then decide to take "your" account to say Wesbank?
If you can, can you then negotiate better interest rates?

I sense a big NO on this. :p

Given that banks love to shaft consumers in this country I expect that you will:

A - Pay penalty at MFC for canceling their "services"
B - Pay Wesbank a huge fee for financing you

Yes....but I don't think it's really shafting.

How would you feel if your boss decided he didn't like how you looked (even though you look the same as the day he hired you) and just decided to give you salary to his hot young secratary this month.

Well if you started working badly - then your boss has the right to get rid of you. Just as she said - bad service.

You can - AFAIK you need to give them three months notice that you're going to settle, otherwise they can charge you three months interest. Its the same as settling your loan early.

Then you just need to go to Wesbank, and arrange financing - speak to them about paying the money to MFC.

Hardly a comparison....
