Change contract package not possible?

you could do an early cancellation for the existing contract and get a new contract.
The penalty will be one months subscription and if you request that the sim be made prepaid, you could use the left-over data in the month following your cancellation
 
That is strange. I see now reason why they cant migrate you to a higher speed option. Unfortunately I am only able to assist with business accounts.
 
I think it's possible to do an upward migration, last month I called the call center, and due to a misunderstanding I asked them to transfer me to the retention department so I requested a downward migration moving from 100Mbps 2TB R534 to 50Mbps 1TB R399 on my account, unfortunately, the migration was costing more according to my profile cause I was supposed to pay R2000 migration fee and R989 new monthly payment for the 50Mbps 1TB that was R399 discounted and they told me that when doing a migrating you are losing all the discounts. I'm sticking with the 100Mbps..
