Change Mweb email to a forwarding address?

So one of the doctors I work for set up his admin address using an Mweb address years ago (stupid I know).
Despite multiple requests he still has some patients using that address, so we want to change that mweb address (it's actually a Netactive address) to a forwarding address that will simply just forward all the email to his new domain name.
Is this something I can do online in Mweb Settings? Or do I have to phone Mweb and ask for this to be changed?

Phoned Mweb tech support, they asked me why I don't just "CC all my messages to myself?"

So it turns out that sub email accounts that you create in your Mweb profile are some kind of "free account"? that is limited in all ways and forwarding is not an option unless you upgrade that account to a full Mweb account. Contact Billing to upgrade the sub email account to a full Mweb email account.

Ok, if you log into the MWeb account, select My Services / Email . You'll find Email Forwarding there

It IS there for the main email on the account, but it is missing for any sub email accounts.
