ChangeProperty to toggle form elements.

Hi...

Does anybody know (or can provide me) step by step instructions to use the ChangeProperty behavior in Dreamweaver to toggle form elements controlled by a Radio Group. For example: If I select one of the values in a radio group, it should display extra form elements for additional inputs.
