Changing debit order date : easy?

I want to change my debit order details from the last day of the month to the first day of the month. I know it's only a day, but all my debit orders go off on the 1st so it will make it easier.

Before I'm told to contact them, keep in mind it takes 30-40 minutes to get their call centre. Depending on the replies here, I'll set aside time to phone them.

Rather try emailing [email protected] first if you're concerned about being stuck on hold with 111.

PS: There was a thread a while back about debit order dates on the contract application forms, and IIRC no concrete evidence that Vodacom's systems debit on the different dates on the forms.

It is easy. Go to your nearest/local Vodashop and get it done.
