Changing rain towers

This has happened for the last 4 days. When there is a power interruption in my area and when it reconnects the rain rooter connects to a tower that is 0.36 km away from me. 0.01mbps. After rebooting like 10 times it switches to another tower that is 0.63 km away from me. Connection over 100mbps.
For the last 3 hrs it is connected to the nearest tower with speed of 0.01mbps. I just cannot switch to another tower. I have logged a call ref:7608375
Need urgent assistance

Had this issue with them from Oct last year, they never resolved my issue, canceled in March, I had to drive my router a few blocks to the faster tower each time, the one closer to me won't register me as 5g.
