I've had Rain 5G for just over a week now.
The first day I plugged it in, I was blown away... speed and latency were fantastic. Over 250mb/s download.
From that evening onwards, things have been terrible.
The 5G router is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. When it reconnects, I can barely load any websites or work.
I've moved it to various different rooms in my house, pointing it in various different directions.
I've called the call center multiple times. Each time I get told "the tower I usually connect to is down". It's been down all week?
What am I supposed to do here... it's taking over a week to get this tower back up?
It's now connecting to a tower 5km's away. In the opposite direction to which it is facing.
Sometimes it will connect, I will get 30mb/s download and 0mb/s upload.
With 0 mb/s upload, loading anything is also impossible.
Seriously... I don't want to have to cancel a week after taking this service... but I cannot go another day without usable internet.
