Rain 5G scam

Has anyone else fallen victim to the Rain 5G scam? You pay for 5G, theh only connect you to 4G towers and even though you have a 4G connection, you only get 3G speeds...

Should I sell the router to recoup the loss?

...and no its 24 hours 7 days a week. During loadshedding, before loadshedding, after loadshedding. Resetting the router doesn't help even though the call centre agent thinks they are very educated when they tell you they can't do anything after the reset of the router doesn't work
