Changing to Another Service Provider

Well my mom has decided to change from vodacom weekender to another service provider, since theres no other contracts she can afford to get, which would give her n8 with free minutes and Vodacom charges a lot for calls and SMS's and shes ending up paying R400 a month. Also everytime we go to the Vodashop their system is down so cant check when contract expires.

So which other Service Provider has good service and got cheaper rates, Free Minutes etc. Was thinking of MTN or Virgin Mobile for her to use for the R200 or R300 free airtime.

Anyone know what MTN or Virgin Mobile Call rates and SMS rates to National and International are compared to vodacom? Also when porting a number must her contract simcard be changed to prepaid?

Well we getting it for the 12 MP Camera and the free GPS of the N8 (I Prefer nokia GPS Maps)

She will need about R200 - R300 free airtime, since she uses it for her work also as well as personal

for 200 to 300 you will either have a major buy in or you will have to get with mtn where they work the buy in into your monthly charges, but the n8 is a really high class phone, don't expect to get it cheap

Apparently comes with no free minutes or airtime or sms's just the phone by itself
