RICA is supposed to be a help on this scenario as the sim card owners details have to be captured.

I got 2 suggestions:
1). Move
2). Either stop answering the private numbers allowing it to ring and go to voicemail, or answer the call but don't speak (or listen) and let the idiot waste his airtime. If he's not getting any attention, he might lose attention. Depends on level of be***ness of the guy whether or not it will work.

I with this "don't show number" feature never existed, why am I paying CLIP is I cant see who calls?

I dont think it should be legal for consumers to hide their numbers either. Only non corrupt law enforcement officials should be able to do it, or cases where a return call is impossible, like an exchange.
