Charging port not working

my Vodacom WIFI dongle charging port is not working where can I get it fixed?
And to get a new one will cost R1500 they told me today from the Vodacom shop which I think is a bit ridiculous

You don’t have to buy one from Vodacom.

You can get any MiFi type router. Or even a stand alone LTE Router if you don’t need it to be mobile.

Repairing it won’t cost much less.

Just search for “mifi” on Takealot. Loads of options R600-R800.
